Sauna House Bonita Springs is a modern Nordic spa where everyone is invited. We are a proud 1% for the Planet member helping support the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. Located along the main strip of downtown Bonita Springs, this smaller-format location serves as the first-ever Sauna House franchise. Thoughtfully designed to fit its footprint, it brings the core Sauna House experience to a walkable, community-centered setting.

Thermal Cycle
Our Thermal Cycle combines traditional saunas, cold pools, and open spaces for rest into a two-hour experience designed to support whole-body recovery and mental clarity. Move at your own pace in a relaxed social setting and discover the power of contrast therapy.

The essentials of contrast therapy, built for up to four. Perfect for solo rituals, first-timers, or quick post-work recharge.

Bathhouses are communal spaces where historically people came together to cleanse the body and mind in a social but chill environment.

Everyone must shower with soap before entering the facility to help us maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
In the sauna, always sit on your towel and ask your fellow bathers before adding steam (löyly). Please be mindful of appropriate conversation.
Be sure to rinse off before every cold plunge, entering and exiting with care.
Be courteous. Respect shared spaces to keep the bathhouse experience exceptional for all.
Our bathhouse provides an ideal environment to experience the rejuvenating effects of contrast therapy, including:
shared saunas, cold plunges, private sauna suites, and cozy lounges with Galanter & Jones heated seating.
We serve premium loose-leaf tea, kombucha, LMNT, and other zero-proof beverages.
The front of Sauna House is on Old 41, you can park behind
the building or in the lot to the North, at the intersection of Dean Street and Felts Avenue.
Yes! Memberships, punch-cards, and drop-in visits will all be available.
When visiting, reservations are highly suggested for the private amenities or
to guarantee a specific appointment time. Walk-in availability is based on
capacity limits and cannot be guaranteed.
A selection of locally sourced kombucha, tea, and artfully
crafted tea lattes will be available for purchase.
Sauna House Bonita Springs is strictly alcohol free.
You will need a non-sheer bathing suit that provides reasonable coverage.
Suggested:
An extra towel! You will be provided with one, but if you think you will need an extra, bring it from home or rent one from us for $3.
A water bottle (no glass please!) - We do have compostable cups on site and a water filling station.
Clean sandals—We do have bathhouse sandals upon request as well.
Yes — Bathers must be 18+, or 14 and older if accompanied by a legal guardian.
Tipping is optional and always appreciated!

Yes. We recommend brining books to read in the sauna or in the relax area. We allow paperback or hardcover books but do not allow eReaders.
