Owners Peter and Dianna Osickey are bringing Sauna House to Knoxville.
Dianna is an architectural lighting designer and co-owns L+ARC Lighting Design.
Peter is an architect who has worked in construction and development as an owners rep.

The Knoxville building has exposed brick, bowstring truss ceilings and sky-high windows. It is the perfect complement to the existing locations in Asheville, Charlotte & Durham.
The community feel at Sauna House begins with warm, knowledgeable hospitality, setting the tone for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience. The bathhouse includes multiple saunas, cold plunges, and ample lounge space with heated furniture to round out the relaxing, social vibe.

Required:
- A swimsuit!
- 2 towels - one for the sauna and one to dry off.
Suggested:
- A water bottle (no glass, please!)—hydration is key. We’ll also have compostable cups and a water station available.
- Towels are provided, but feel free to bring an extra if you'd like.
- A robe for added comfort, if you wish.
- Indoor sandals or shoes for walking around.
Reservations are strongly encouraged to secure your spot. Space is limited at the pop-up and we don’t want you to arrive and wait! Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.
Nope! Your card is only used to secure the reservation. Payment will be collected upon arrival.
Yes — Bathers must be 18+, or 14+ if accompanied by a legal guardian.

Our mobile sauna brings the Sauna House experience to you! It’s a portable sauna set up at different locations, offering the same benefits of contrast therapy in a fun, outdoor setting.
- Access to our traditional sauna.
- A (quarry!) cold plunge.
- Outdoor relaxation areas to unwind and rehydrate.
- A unique community wellness experience in Knoxville!
- Our sauna is heated to 185 degrees, with the ability to add water to the rocks for steam.
- The quarry is a refreshing 50 degrees–An for optimal temperature for contrast therapy.
- Swimsuits are required at all times.
- Please shower or rinse off prior to your session if possible.
- Always sit on a towel in the sauna and rinse before entering the cold plunge.
Yes! You can use your Sauna House gift card for the mobile sauna experience. Just bring the gift card, email confirmation, or gift card number for redemption at checkout.
Please note that reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the event. No-shows will be charged in full.
